Key Responsibilities Partner with Business, Product and Technology teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Lead end‑to‑end analytics use case: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and delivery.
Conduct deep‑dive analyses on customer behavior, revenue drivers, product performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Build and automate KPI dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau).
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Ensure data accuracy, documentation, quality checks, and governance.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and business impact.
Technical & Functional Skills
Good knowledge of Python for data processing or advanced analytics
Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory).
Proficiency in Tableau / Power BI for dashboards and visual analytics.
Experience with automation of reporting workflows; familiarity with cloud data environments is an advantage.
Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle, CRM analytics, churn/retention drivers, and revenue analytics.
Ability to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and conversion funnels.
Experience supporting marketing, digital, or product teams through analytics.
Strong problem‑solving, business acumen, and structured thinking.
