Business Analyst cum Project Manager to work on digitalisation and drive cross-functional projects. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology/vendor teams
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
Drive change management, user adoption, and process improvement initiatives
Track KPIs and project outcomes to ensure measurable business impact.
Key
Skills & Experience:
5 - 7 years of experience in business analysis and project management roles
Strong experience driving internal digital transformation or process improvement projects (preferably in finance domain)
Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile or hybrid project methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced professional services environment
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar (preferred)
