The Role

We are setting up a team of   Go-Getters  and High-Achievers  to drive our enterprise sales across key Indian markets. You will be responsible for opening new doors, generating quality leads, and aggressively expanding our footprint in the enterprise sector. You will sell a diverse portfolio of high-end technology solutions, ranging Cloud , Data , Cyber & Agentic AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Penetration & Lead Generation
Identify and acquire new enterprise clients in the assigned territory (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, or Kochi).
Generate high-quality leads for our core pillars:
Cloud Orchestration, Data Modernization, and AI.
Map the enterprise market to identify decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CDOs) looking for  Future Ready  transformation.

2. Solution Selling (The  Saints & Masters  Portfolio)  You will be responsible for pitching and selling our six core capability pillars:

Hyperscaler Orchestration:  Sell architecture and migration services for Microsoft Azure and AWS, including Fin Ops and cross-cloud connectivity.
Agentic AI Platform:  Position our design and deployment of autonomous AI agents (Assistive, Process, and Orchestrator agents) to automate enterprise workflows.
Sovereign

Infrastructure:  Sell private cloud and colocation solutions delivered via our partnership with Equinix, targeting regulated industries requiring data residency.
Data Practice Modernization:  Pitch cloud-native data platforms built on Snowflake, Databricks, and Couchbase for real-time analytics and AI enablement.
Cyber Security Resilience:  Sell Zero-Trust architecture and SOC services powered by OEM partners .
Business OS:  Drive adoption of our unified enterprise business platforms (CRM, HR, Finance) powered by Zoho.

3. Strategic Partnerships
Leverage our strong GTM relationships with  Microsoft, AWS, Zoho, Equinix, and Snowflake  to accelerate client acquisition.
Collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure seamless solution proposals and execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

5-10+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Tech Sales.
Hunter Mindset:  Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and  hunting  for new logos rather than just farming existing accounts.
Tech Fluency:  Ability to articulate complex concepts like  Digital Sovereignty,   Agentic AI,  and  Lakehouse Architecture  to C-suite executives.
Regional Network:  Strong existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers in Mumbai or South India (Bangalore/Chennai/Cochin).
Domain Knowledge:  Familiarity with the ecosystems of our key partners:
Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Zoho is highly preferred.
