Business Analysis & Process Mapping
Cross-Functional Coordination & Integration
Change Management & Rollout Planning
Testing, Cutover & Go-Live Readiness
Program Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management
Experience Requirements:
8+ years in Business Analysis & ERP Transformations
Hands-on SAP ECC → S/4
HANA migration
Managing SI partners & multi-functional teams
Strong in change management & rollout execution
Certifications:
SAP S/4
HANA, CBAP/CCBA, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile (nice to have)
Tools & Technology:
SAP ECC & S/4
HANA migration (Mandatory)
SAP Activate, Solution Manager, JIRA, MS Excel/Power Point
Teams/Share Point
CRM, O2C, Supply Chain systems (advantage)
