Job Title:
Director – Account Management (Digital Media)

Reporting to: VP Branding
Role Overview
The role will lead digital media strategy, planning, and execution across key client accounts, combining strong media planning expertise with digital pitch leadership, platform understanding, and executional oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead digital media planning and strategy aligned to brand and business objectives.
Drive digital pitches, integrations, and innovative solutions across platforms.
Oversee campaign execution in coordination with central planning and biddable teams.
Apply working knowledge of You Tube, Meta, Twitter (X), Linked In, and other biddable platforms.
Use basic GA understanding to interpret performance and guide optimisation.
Own reporting, insights, and client presentations, linking metrics to brand impact.
Act as a senior client partner while mentoring and developing the team.
Experience & Skills
7–10+ years in digital media or integrated agency roles.
Strong understanding of full-funnel digital planning and branding impact properties.
Proven experience in digital pitches and cross-platform ideation.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence
