Senior Performance Marketing Manager

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Meta and Google platforms. In this role, you will own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation to drive high-quality leads and maximise ROI for a premium wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, You Tube)

• Develop and manage monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and strong ROAS

• Build and test audience segments, creatives, and ad formats to improve campaign performance

• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models

• Analyse campaign data and deliver actionable insights through regular performance reports

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives

• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Proven expertise in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube)

• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)

• Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with demonstrated ROAS improvement

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders
