Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Translate user and business needs into wireframes, prototypes, and polished final designs using Figma or equivalent tools.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital touchpoints.
Manage design projects from concept to execution independently, with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, product managers) to implement and refine designs.
Understand and apply best practices for interaction design, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX practices, and emerging tools.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively while balancing multiple projects.
Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments will be an advantage.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with Framer and Webflow for design-to-development handoff or prototyping.
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
