We are hiring IT Support Professionals to support internal software users across US and European teams. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are eager to grow in a fast-paced support environment.
Selected candidates will undergo structured training before onboarding into night shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support for internal software applications
Handle queries from US & European teams
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
Maintain professional communication with global stakeholders
Follow internal escalation and documentation processes
Training Details
7 days training in day shift
Training location: BKC, Mumbai
Work Schedule & Benefits
Night shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
2nd & 4th Saturdays are working
Night shift allowance provided
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation completed (mandatory)
Strong communication skills
Immediate joiners only
Must be willing to work night shift
Experience:
Fresher to 4 years
