Purpose of the Job
This role is responsible for project management and service delivery of all products & services.

Project management, planning and scheduling implementation of MPLS services.

• On Time, within budget Implementation of the complete project

Customer engagement to address customer dependencies & e2e project delivery as per signed scope of work.

• Enhance service delivery experience for the customer & revenue for the organization

Key Deliverables
Customer engagement & communication
Project kick off meeting/call with Customer
Resolution of customer dependencies
Share Project Plan with the customer
e2e tracking & monitoring of project delivery
Proactive & timely project status update to the customer
Project Stage tracking & ensure timely delivery
Project follow ups, escalations and constraint resolution
Delivery of third party media/bandwidth
Customer CPE integration & testing
Schedule planned activities with the customers
Accelerate & Maximize revenue by faster deployment of project

Skills Required
Good understanding of project management concepts and methodology
Excellent relationship management with customer, cross functional team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of products, services
Good planning & execution skills
Can do attitude & problem solving skills
Quick thinking & analytical ability
Process orientation and eye for detail
Result Orientation

Educational Qualifications
6 – 10 years project execution experience in Telecom/ISP industry
Sound understanding of telecom technology,
products & services

Work Experience
Diploma Technical, preferably

B.E/B.Tech
Qualify CS Hiring Test
Strong communication skills
Strong planning and execution skills
