Learning and Development Manager

Aquis Search has partnered with a leading, high-growth real estate consumer platform in their search for an L&D Lead based in Mumbai.

This role reports to the Group Head of L&D and Head of HR and will play a critical role in designing and scaling end-to-end learning interventions that directly impact business performance, particularly in sales capability and leadership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end learning frameworks aligned with business strategy
Lead sales capability and business-focused learning initiatives across functions
Partner closely with business leaders to diagnose skill gaps and translate them into structured learning roadmaps
Build and scale impactful learning modules (induction, leadership, functional, behavioral)
Drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization
Evaluate learning effectiveness through defined metrics and performance impact
Contribute to strategic L&D initiatives at the group level

What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of progressive L&D experience
Proven experience in sales capability and business-focused L&D environments
Strong conceptual thinking combined with hands-on content design capability
Experience designing structured learning journeys (not just facilitating sessions)
Ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders
Exposure to modern learning methodologies and digital learning tools preferred
