Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive located in Mumbai. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, overseeing account management with key online platforms, analysing data to optimise strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves daily tasks such as maintaining and monitoring sales trends, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring the efficient execution of e-commerce strategies.
Responsibility Areas
- A. Marketplace Sales Performance MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and advertising MIS for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, Firstcry, and Amazon Now.
Track key metrics, including sales, sessions, conversion, rank, return rate, repeat purchase rate, and out-of-stock rate.
Maintain KPI dashboards, rank trackers, and performance reports.
Take backups of Amazon STR reports and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor and report shipment status.
Analyse Search Query Reports.
B. Advertising & Promotion Reporting
Analyse Amazon Ads (AMS) spends and maintain cost breakups.
Provide Ads spend reconciliation reports to the finance team.
Support promotion planning and post-promo reporting.
Check and resolve deal tag issues.
Assist in launching and tracking Amazon reel format videos.
C. Catalogue & Content Management
Audit frontend product pages (titles, images, bullets, descriptions, A+ page).
Optimise backend attributes for improving search visibility.
Resolve catalogue issues like attribute errors, Andon team warnings, SDS issues, and dimension mismatches.
Ensuring pricing accuracy and corrections across marketplaces.
D. Account Health & Compliance
Monitor Amazon Account Health regularly using a checklist. Need to ensure all complaints are addressed within 24 hours.
Identify and fix risks related to listing suppression, quality alerts, and policy violations.
E. Inventory & Supply Coordination
Monitor out-of-stock rates and flag risks early.
Prepare Purchase Order vs Goods Receipt Note reports.
Support smooth execution across all marketplaces.
