About Veefin

Trade Finance and Cash Management are not easy spaces to build in.

There are very few modern platforms in this domain. Most banks still run legacy systems layered with years of patches and extensions.

We are not that.

Veefin is built on a modern, API-first, modular architecture. Latest tech stack. Scalable design. Cloud-ready. Microservices-driven.

We implement enterprise-grade Trade Finance, Cash Management and Corporate Internet Banking platforms for banks across geographies.

This is not maintenance work.

This is transformation.

The Role

As an Implementation Lead, you own delivery.

You are accountable for the complete lifecycle of client implementation — from requirement discovery to production go-live.

You lead a dedicated implementation squad comprising:

- Engineers
- QA / Testers
- Integration Specialists

You are the single accountable face to the client.

This is not a coordination role.

This is delivery leadership.

What You Will Do

- Lead requirement workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Translate banking functional requirements into system configuration and integration design
- Drive project plans, timelines and milestone execution
- Oversee SIT, UAT and production releases
- Manage integrations with Core Banking Systems, ERP platforms, SWIFT, clearing networks and third-party systems
- Ensure accounting flows, limits, fees, interest and posting logic are correctly configured
- Escalate proactively, manage risks early, and protect delivery commitments

When delays threaten delivery, you act.

When ambiguity exists, you clarify.

When ownership is required, you step forward.

What We Are Looking For

You must have:

- 6+ years of experience in banking technology implementation
- Strong techno-functional understanding
- Exposure to one or more of the following domains:
- Cash Management
- Trade Finance
- Corporate Internet Banking

We are not looking for generalists.

We are looking for domain depth.

You should be comfortable discussing:

- LC lifecycle (issuance, amendment, advising, settlement)
- Guarantees and collections
- Payment schemes, SWIFT MT and ISO message formats
- Liquidity structures (pooling, sweeping, virtual accounts)
- Accounting entries and GL mappings
- Limit management and transaction validation rules
- API integrations and event-based workflows

If you can bridge business requirements and system behavior confidently, you fit.

What Matters Most

- Extreme ownership mindset
- Strong communication with senior banking stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams
- Structured problem-solving under pressure
- Bias for execution over excuses

Attitude matters as much or more than capability.

Why Veefin?

- Modern architecture in a legacy-heavy domain
- Global client exposure
- Platform depth across Trade, Cash and Corporate Banking
- Direct interaction with product and leadership
- Real opportunity to shape how banks transform

If you want to lead serious banking implementations — not just manage tickets — this role is for you.

Let’s build platforms banks rely on.
