We are looking for a data-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and scale performance-led advertising campaigns for multiple brands across Amazon marketplaces. The role demands strong analytical thinking, hands-on campaign execution, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS while working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns including:
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Display
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and bid optimization to improve performance.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, placements, and targeting strategies to meet ROAS and ACOS goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using Amazon Ads dashboards and third-party tools.
- Work closely with Brand, Creative, and Marketplace teams to align ad strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify scaling opportunities, test new campaign structures, and experiment with new Amazon ad features.
- Stay updated with Amazon Ads policy changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ads / Amazon PPC.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central.
- Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns with performance accountability.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution, and marketplace metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
Good to Have:
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Exposure to D2C, FMCG, Electronics, or Lifestyle categories.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Pacvue.
- Basic understanding of Amazon SEO & listing optimization.
