Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
Lead full-cycle Net Suite ERP implementations, specializing in Advanced Manufacturing (WIP, routing, BOM) and Financial Management (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
Manufacturing Focus:
Manage inventory, procurement, production planning, shop floor control, and landed cost calculations.
Financial Expertise:
Configure and optimize financial modules, including multi-currency and multi-subsidiary (One World) setups.
Requirements & Design:
Analyze business processes, create Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and map requirements to Net Suite best practices.
System Optimization:
Design custom workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting to enhance efficiency.
Project Lifecycle:
Handle data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
Required
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Net Suite implementation and enhancements.
Domain Expertise:
Proven understanding of cost accounting principles (variance analysis, job costing) and supply chain management.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong command of Net Suite functional configuration (Suite Flow, Suite Builder).
Soft Skills:
Strong, client-facing communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Certifications:
Net Suite ERP Consultant or Suite Foundation certification is highly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Working with Manufacturing, Discrete, or Process Manufacturing clients.
- Experience with Net Suite WMS (Warehouse Management System).
