Location-Mumbai.
Provide first-level and second-level IT support to end users across branches/HO. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and application-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution, system maintenance, and upgrades. Maintain IT assets, user access, and documentation while ensuring adherence to IT policies, security standards, and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support
- OS, MS Office, email, and application troubleshooting
- User access management (AD, email, VPN, core applications)
- Incident, service request, and ticket management
- IT asset inventory and vendor coordination
- Basic network and connectivity support
- Compliance with IT security and audit requirements
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in end-user support
- Proven ability to supervise in-house IT Support teams
- Vendor coordination for support services
