Education:

Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

8-12 years
Notice Period:
Immediate Joiners to 30 days

Location:

Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Kolkata

Skills:

Jira Service Desk
Good to Have:  ACP 120 Jira admin certification from Atlassian

Jira Admin
Minimum 8 years if hands on Jira Admin experience required
Must have good hands on JIRA and JIRA Administration
Should be able to handle the User Access and configurations for Boards Templates Gadgets Dashboards Filters JQL
Should have handson experience with integrating apps with JIRA Service Now Git Sonar Qube DAST SAST tools etc
Should be able to guide Teams and projects on JIRA configurations and customizations
Integration of Atlassian products with Organization SSO Single Sign On
Tracking hidden tasks that increased customer satisfaction
Highly experienced in cross functional Engineering environment
Should have handson experience in Migrations Server to DC DC to Cloud Server to Cloud Cloud to Cloud
Must have executed at least 3 onprime to Cloud migrations
Develop a comprehensive Migration Runbook with migration plan including timelines resources and risk assessment
Analyze the source and target Jira instances to identify data structures custom fields workflows and configurations
Create a data mapping document to ensure accurate migration of data
Configure the target Jira instance to replicate the source instances configurations including custom workflows issue types and permission schemes
Implement any necessary customizations to accommodate the migration
Ensure data integrity and resolve any data migration issues promptly
Conduct thorough testing of the migrated data to validate its accuracy and completeness
Maintain detailed documentation of the migration process configurations and any custom scripts or tools used
Create user guides and training materials for postmigration support
Good Communication collaborative and learning attitude to learn and pick new things
Ability to create training content
Selfstarter and capability to lead teams
