What You’ll Own

1. Brand from Zero to Scale

- Build Bullet’s brand architecture and positioning
- Define sharp audience cohorts and growth loops
- Establish Bullet as a category-defining microdrama platform

2. 360° Show Launches

- Design and execute high-impact content campaigns
- Create hype cycles around every new title
- Orchestrate digital, creator, social, performance and PR together

3. Aggressive User Acquisition & Retention

- Drive performance-first growth across paid channels
- Build retention engines beyond install — habit, binge, unlock
- Optimize funnels, conversion journeys and LTV

4. Viral & Creator-Led Marketing Engines

- Build influencer and UGC ecosystems
- Turn moments into trends
- Engineer shareable, cliff-driven cultural hooks

5. IP to Mass-Market Phenomenon

- Scale breakout titles into franchise-level properties
- Build repeatable show marketing playbooks
- Drive scale without losing creative sharpness

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years in growth, performance marketing or brand scaling
- Experience in OTT, microdrama, short video, or high-growth digital content companies
- Proven record of scaling users or launching successful IP
- Strong command over paid media, attribution, experimentation & analytics
- Ability to think performance-first while building long-term brand equity
- Fast execution mindset — you ship, test, iterate
