We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer specializing in Data Virtualization (Denodo) to join our Data Analytics team within the Digital Excellence Center.
In this role, you will design and build virtual data layers, integrate heterogeneous data sources, optimize performance, and implement strong security and governance frameworks. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, data scientists, business analysts, and BI developers to deliver scalable virtual datasets supporting critical banking domains such as Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
Key highlights:
- 8+ years overall IT experience, 5+ years in data engineering/integration
- Strong SQL + No
SQL expertise
- Hands-on experience with Denodo (or similar data virtualization tools)
- Experience with ETL/ELT, APIs, data modeling, performance tuning, and security
- Exposure to cloud/hybrid environments and CI/CD preferred
