We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions. The role requires deep expertise in predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and deep learning, combined with strong architectural acumen and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and hands-on technical leadership.

What will be your responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

- Define end-to-end data science and AI solution architectures.
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and scalable ML architectures.
- Design real-time and batch predictive systems across cloud-native environments.
- Architect enterprise-grade recommendation engines (collaborative, content-based, hybrid).

Advanced Modeling & AI

- Lead development of:
- Regression, classification, and time-series forecasting models
- Propensity, churn, demand forecasting, and risk models
- Recommendation systems (matrix factorization, deep learning-based, graph-based)
- Deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
- Apply MLOps best practices for production deployment and monitoring.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical governance across AI programs.
- Establish model validation, fairness, explainability, and performance benchmarking frameworks.
- Mentor data scientists and ML engineers.
- Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.

Cloud & MLOps

- Architect ML lifecycle pipelines on Azure / AWS / GCP.
- Implement CI/CD for ML, feature stores, model registries.
- Optimize model performance and cloud cost.

Stakeholder & Consulting Engagement

- Engage CXO and business stakeholders to define AI roadmaps.
- Develop solution proposals, estimation models, and capability decks.
- Lead PoCs and scale them into enterprise solutions.

What are we looking for:

Technical:

- Strong expertise in:
- Python (Num Py, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Tensor Flow / Py Torch
- ML frameworks for recommendation systems
- SQL and distributed computing (Spark)

- Experience with :
- Azure ML / Databricks / AWS Sage Maker
- Model explainability (SHAP, LIME)
- Feature engineering and feature stores
- Understanding of:
- Statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Optimization techniques
- Graph analytics (preferred)
- Architecture
- Experience designing scalable ML systems.
- Exposure to microservices and API-based model serving.
- Familiarity with data platform architecture (Lakehouse, data pipelines).

Experience:

- 12–15 years in analytics, data science, or AI.
- 4+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership role.
- Proven record of deploying production-grade ML systems
