Job Description:
Oracle HCM Technical – BIP, HCM Extract, Fast Formula, REST API, HDL, Data Migration
Technical Consultant – Understand Business Requirements, technical design documentation, development, testing, error handling
- Technical Consultant with implementation experience in outbound and inbound integrations in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Data migration with HDL experience
- Integration development and technical architecture design in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Preparing functional and technical design documents
- Experience in generating reports through BI Publisher using post payroll data, tax reports, costing reports
- Efficiency in building reports using RTF templates
- Interact with Customer in a day-to-day basis
- Efficient in BIP reports, Payroll Flow, HDL and Fast Formula
- Knowledgeable on REST API capabilities and the experienced with similar integration developments
- Knowledge in integrating Oracle HCM cloud integrations using OIC as a middleware
- HDL data load and debugging HDL errors
- Good Functional knowledge in Core HR
- Experience in Payroll implementations (Good to have)
