This role will be responsible to lead and scale marketplace and quick commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other emerging channels by ensuring high service levels, optimal inventory availability, strong platform visibility, and seamless operational execution to drive revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
Marketplace Operations Management
Own end-to-end operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, Health Kart, etc.)
Ensure accurate listings, catalog hygiene, pricing alignment, and content optimization
Monitor seller health metrics including ratings, SLA adherence, cancellations, and penalties
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for business growth initiatives
Quick Commerce Operations Management
Manage operations across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
Ensure high fill rates and strong product availability across dark stores
Coordinate with demand planning and supply chain teams for replenishment
Monitor platform-wise sales, availability, and stock movement
Inventory Planning & Replenishment
Ensure optimum stock availability across marketplace FCs and dark stores
Track stock aging, inventory turnover, and slow/non-moving inventory
Plan replenishment to prevent stock-outs and revenue loss
Order Fulfillment & Service Level Management
Ensure adherence to dispatch timelines and platform SLAs
Monitor fill rate, cancellation rate, and return rate
Drive operational efficiency to improve customer experience
Platform Coordination & Relationship Management
Work closely with platform KAMs to drive visibility, participation in campaigns, and operational improvements
Resolve operational escalations, claims, and reconciliation issues
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and publish daily/weekly dashboards covering
- Platform-wise sales performance
Fill rate & availability
Stock coverage & inventory health
Cancellation & return rate
Platform service levels
Revenue vs target
Provide actionable insights to leadership.
Process Improvement & Automation
Build scalable SOPs for marketplace and quick commerce operations
Drive ERP, OMS, WMS integration with platforms
Improve operational efficiency and reduce revenue leakage
Experience Needed (Professional): 5 – 8 years exp in D2C, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Pharma, Consumer brands
Desired Candidate Profile :
Must Have Expertise In:
Marketplace & Quick Commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
Inventory planning & supply chain coordination
Managing platform relationships
Strong operational ownership mindset & cross-functional coordination skills
