You will build explainable, audit-ready AI used in regulated environments.

What You’ll Build

Fin AI (Financial Intelligence Layer)

• Credit risk & fraud detection models

• Behavioral scoring & Fin Score systems

• ETL pipelines (CRIF, CIBIL, UPI, Insurance, Digi Locker)

• Youth financial journey analytics

• Real-time risk & compliance dashboards

Reg AI (AI Governance Layer)

• Clause-level RAG pipelines

• Regulatory intelligence models

• Deterministic validation systems

• AI audit logs & traceability engines

• Governance dashboards aligned with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, CERT-IN

Must-Have Skills

• Model explainability mindset (SHAP, feature attribution)

• Understanding of AI risk controls & governance frameworks
Bonus:
• Lang Graph / Llama Index

• RAG architecture

• Airflow / Kafka / Redis

• Experience working in regulated environments
