We are looking for someone to manage our company's key accounts. The individual will learn to form professional relationships and follow through on contract closures and renewals. They would also receive mentorship to lear how to shortlisting automation projects, creating business requirement documents, and managing the project to client expectation.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Handle 7-8 key Aiwozo clients in the Mumbai/Pune region.
Managing communication between Aiwozo clients and internal stakeholders.
Staying on top of Aiwozo clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.
Accelerating partnership revenue growth and capturing new opportunities.
Manage cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct business analysis of shortlisted projects & create business requirement documents with process maps.
Act as a technology consultant to help Aiwozo clients create an automation strategy and lead their transformation roadmaps.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
Understanding of the sales funnel and the different stages
Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on work quality
Excellent presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate them into a better strategy
Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style
Proficiency in client interactions with the closure of sales deals
Must be self-motivated and have a sales-oriented mindset
At ease with Linked In and other social media-based prospecting
