Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Intern to support the digitization and automation initiatives within the Administration function. The role will focus on identifying process improvement opportunities, collaborating with the Technology team, and driving implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
This is a one-year hands-on role offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, process transformation, and digital implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Map and document existing administrative processes (SOPs, workflows, approvals, trackers, etc.).
Identify opportunities for digitisation, automation, and process optimisation.
Work closely with the Technology team to translate business requirements into system or automation solutions.
Assist in developing business requirement documents (BRDs), process notes, and functional specifications.
Support implementation of workflow tools, dashboards, automation scripts, or digital platforms.
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful rollout of new systems/processes.
Track project milestones, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
Drive adoption of new digital tools through documentation and basic user training.
Maintain dashboards and MIS reports related to administrative processes.
