JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a meticulous and technically inclined Ad Operations Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) reading and reporting, DV360 reading and reporting, Media campaign execution, publisher coordination serving. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and managing digital campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and providing support for seamless campaign delivery.

REPORTING:  Manager, Digital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, preferably within a digital media agency or publisher.
Working knowledge of CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) platform.
Basic understanding of META, Google ads, CM360, DV360, IAS tool Similarweb, com score
Day to day reporting from - META, Google ads, CM360, DV360, IAS tool
Day to day RO and Estimate task in our Havas Finance system.
Strong publisher coordination and execution.
Strong excel reporting and shortcut formulas.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Team player, and ability to work under pressure
Experience in performance and programmatic media planning would be an advantage
