We are hiring a  Senior Designer – Data Center / Mission Critical  to lead design development and documentation for large-scale, Grade A data center projects.
This role is strictly for professionals with  core Data Center design experience  and a long-term interest in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design development for Data Center / Mission Critical projects
Develop space planning for control rooms, NOC areas, admin blocks & critical support spaces
Deliver detailed design documentation using Revit (BIM environment)
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and mission-critical engineering consultants
Manage FF&E specifications aligned to DC operational requirements
Participate in construction administration and technical review processes
Ensure compliance with global DC standards and documentation protocols
Required Experience
10+ years in Interior Design / Architecture
Strong experience in  Data Center / Mission Critical projects  (mandatory)
Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
Strong understanding of construction documentation and consultant coordination
Experience working on hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centers preferred
Ability to lead client discussions and manage design expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has delivered multiple Data Center projects end-to-end
Understands control room planning, redundancy environments & critical infrastructure coordination
Comfortable working in high-performance, technically driven environments
Intends to build a long-term career in Data Center design
