Job Title:
Business Analyst – Working Capital & SME Lending
Location - Mumbai
Exp: 4+Years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering and prepare BRD/FRS/User Stories.
Analyze credit workflows and conduct impact assessments for system/process changes.
Collaborate with Business, Credit, Technology, Risk, and Operations teams.
Support solution design, UAT, defect management, and business signoffs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Working Capital & SME lending lifecycle.
Experience with core banking/lending platforms (LOS/LMS).
Proven project management experience (Agile/Waterfall).
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
