Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns for Lead Generation and E-commerce accounts.
Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategies (awareness to conversion).
Drive qualified leads with strong CPL targets.
Optimize E-commerce campaigns to improve ROAS, AOV, and conversion rate.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Create compelling ad copies and test multiple variations (A/B testing).
Implement conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and event tracking.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign results.
Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling strategies effectively.
Required
Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Paid Media (Search-focused).
Hands-on experience managing Lead Generation campaigns (Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, BFSI, etc.).
Experience handling E-commerce performance campaigns with measurable ROAS targets.
Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
Expertise in keyword strategy, bidding models, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
