Execute daily product data management tasks and operational workflows
Generate basic reports on product data quality, completeness, and accuracy
Process and validate product information updates across eCommerce platforms
Maintain and update product catalogs with accurate specifications and attributes
Conduct data quality checks and identify discrepancies or errors
Support senior team members with ad-hoc data extraction and analysis requests
Track and monitor key operational metrics and KPIs
Assist in maintaining documentation of processes and standard operating procedures
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in data operations, eCommerce support, or similar roles
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work with large datasets and perform basic data analysis
Good understanding of eCommerce operations and product data concepts
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
