We have successfully partnered with leading organizations and as we enter our next phase of growth, we are expanding our direct enterprise sales globally.
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale our global revenue strategy, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for driving global revenue growth and building a scalable sales organization. The role will focus on expanding startelelogic’s presence across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, targeting telecom operators, enterprises, and strategic partners.
The CRO will lead the entire revenue function including sales, partnerships, channel expansion, and global go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Global Revenue Strategy
Develop and execute the company’s global revenue growth strategy.
Own revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline generation and deal conversion.
Drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
Enterprise Sales
Lead and close large enterprise and telecom deals globally.
Build relationships with CXOs, telecom operators, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
Develop strategic accounts and expand high-value customer relationships.
Global Market Expansion
Identify and expand into key international markets including North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Establish sales presence and partnerships in priority markets.
Strategic Partnerships
Build strong relationships with telecom operators, system integrators, and technology partners.
Develop channel partnerships to accelerate global sales.
Sales Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales team.
Implement strong sales processes, forecasting models, and pipeline management systems.
Define positioning and pricing strategies for CCaaS, AI, and communication platform solutions.
Work closely with product and leadership teams to align market needs with product innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
15+ years of experience in enterprise sales or revenue leadership roles.
Prior experience as CRO / VP Sales / Global Sales Leader in a SaaS, AI, telecom, CPaaS, or CCaaS company.
Proven track record of scaling global enterprise revenue.
Experience closing large strategic enterprise deals.
Industry Experience
CCaaS or Contact Center platforms
CPaaS / Messaging platforms
AI / Conversational AI platforms
Telecom technology platforms
Enterprise SaaS
Skills
Deep understanding of global enterprise sales cycles
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a strong appetite for new business and a passion for building revenue from the ground up. This is a purely sales-focused leadership role with clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The CRO will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, bringing in new logos, and driving significant revenue growth globally.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and play a key role in scaling the business. The role includes ESOPs and equity participation aligned with the company’s long-term growth and success.
