Role Overview
We are looking for a  high-performing Business Development Lead – Website & SEO  to drive growth for our  Website Development and SEO services  vertical.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in  digital sales , a good understanding of  website development solutions (corporate websites, ecommerce platforms, CMS platforms) , and  SEO services , along with a proven ability to acquire new clients and scale business accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Drive  new business acquisition  for Website Development and SEO services
Identify, prospect, and close  high-value website development and organic growth mandates
Build and maintain a  strong strategic sales pipeline across industries
Understand client business challenges and propose  customized website and SEO solutions
Manage the  entire sales lifecycle  including pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
Create  insight-driven sales presentations, proposals, and growth roadmaps
Collaborate with  technology, SEO, strategy, and creative teams  to build strong client proposals
Build and nurture relationships with  CXOs, founders, and marketing leaders
Drive  cross-selling and upselling opportunities  for digital transformation and performance marketing services

Requirements
4–6 years of experience  in Sales or Business Development (preferably in digital services)
Strong understanding of  website development platforms  such as Shopify, Word Press, Webflow, or custom builds
Good knowledge of  SEO including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and performance metrics
Proven track record of  client acquisition and revenue generation
Experience working with  digital agencies or tech-enabled marketing firms  is preferred
Strong  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Confident, outgoing personality with strong  influencing and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated with strong  commercial and business acumen
