We are looking for an experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across Service Now modules, excellent architectural skills, and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable Service Now solutions aligned with business requirements
Lead end-to-end Service Now implementations and platform transformation projects
Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define solution architecture
Provide technical leadership and best practices for Service Now development and integrations
Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM, or custom applications
Review configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations for scalability and performance
Define platform governance, CMDB strategy, security, and operational standards
Support presales activities, solution design workshops, and effort estimations
Mentor developers and technical consultants across projects
Ensure platform stability, upgrade readiness, and adherence to Service Now best practices

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong enterprise architecture exposure
6+ years of hands-on experience working on the Service Now platform
Experience leading multiple end-to-end Service Now implementations
Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, integrations, workflows, Flow Designer, and automation
Expertise in one or more Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or IRM

Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server
Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and platform governance
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and leadership teams
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Service Now CSA certification is mandatory
Service Now CAD/CIS certifications are preferred
Experience working in enterprise or global delivery environments
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
