As a JIRA Administrator, you will develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA and other Atlassian products as needed. Fully develop Atlassian Help Center. Additionally develop plugins to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations that include all client requirements, create custom preset filters, test outcomes, and identify defects. Other duties include upgrading and enhancing JIRA projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design new implementation and support and maintain the Jira Help Center and Confluence tools enforcing best practices and standards.
- Develop and design processes, automation, workflows, custom fields.
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos and trainings of all Atlassian Tools
- Research and implement new approaches on Jira and other Atlassian products
- Be a technical expert on tool usage, standard methodologies, and implementation.
- Document product solutions that align with the company’s goals
- Identify performance bottlenecks and gaps between current and desired end states.
- Work with the team to ensure consistent performance.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and relevant stakeholders.
