Triage and resolve break-fix issues across Dev Ops and platform tooling
Support CI/CD pipeline stability (failures, permissions, configuration issues)
Perform system health checks and ensure reliability of platforms
Provide Day-2 support for newly deployed tools and services
Execute onboarding activities (repos, pipelines, access management)
Assist developers with code quality and security scan issues
Maintain container-based development workflows (Docker)
Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI-assisted tools
Document runbooks, processes, and knowledge base artifacts
Collaborate with SRE, Dev Ex, QA, and application teams
Technology Stack
Azure Dev Ops (repos, pipelines)
CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code
Docker containers (JavaScript, Python)
Grafana or observability tools
Sonar Qube (code quality/security)
JFrog Artifactory
AI-assisted tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot)
Internal Developer Platforms
Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise Dev Ops or developer platforms
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tools
Experience in production/platform support environments
Knowledge of SRE principles and incident management
Ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems
Success Metrics
Measured by SLA adherence, incident resolution time, platform reliability, developer productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
