Role Overview
- We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and driving customer success across the entire customer journey. The individual will lead architectural strategy, mentor team members, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact project implementations. This position requires mandatory hands-on experience with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and Salesforce CPQ.
This position involves working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- - Design enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures to support rapid growth and complex business models.
- Lead technical design and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including third-party integrations.
- Solve complex integration challenges involving APIs, middleware, and real-time data. synchronization across multiple platforms.
- Drive AI-powered experiences using tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
- Establish and maintain Dev Ops and CI/CD processes to enable faster and high-quality releases.
- Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure strong security practices across the platform.
- Partner with leadership teams to define technical strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor and develop Salesforce engineering team members.
- Lead modernization efforts by addressing legacy systems and technical debt.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve gaps.
- Must have strong hands-on experience with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes.
- Must have good experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.
Required Skills & Experience
- - Strong experience in architecting Salesforce solutions with a security-first mindset
- Ability to translate complex business workflows into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Expertise in designing and enforcing data governance aligned with industry standards
- Experience leading secure integrations and implementing best practices around identity and platform monitoring
- Strong knowledge of secure Dev Ops practices
- Experience managing and guiding teams through complex incident response scenarios
- Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and AI industry trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications
- Mandatory experience with Lead-to-Order (L2O) business processes
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce CPQ
