Job Description – Service Now ITAM (HAM & SAM) Implementation

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Service Now ITAM implementation.
- Hands-on experience in:
- HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- SAM (Software Asset Management)
- ITAM modules implementation and configuration
- Experience in Service Now platform customization and integrations.
- Good understanding of CMDB and ITSM processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

- Implement and configure Service Now ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM modules.
- Work on end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes.

Requirement Gathering

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Integration & Customization

- Develop and support integrations between Service Now and third-party tools/applications.
- Customize workflows, forms, business rules, and reports as per business needs.

Asset & License Management

- Manage hardware and software asset tracking, compliance, and optimization processes.
- Ensure software license compliance and governance.

Testing & Support

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Service Now scripting, workflows, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Now best practices.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
