Summary

We are hiring for a Project Manager who is practical, hands-on, and communication-driven. They should be able to understand technical conversations, coordinate across teams, keep work moving, and ensure stakeholders have clarity on progress, issues, and next steps. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced delivery environment and working during hours that overlap with US stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and client teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, tasks, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Conduct regular project meetings, status calls, and follow-ups to drive clear outcomes.
- Track project progress and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with development, QA, business analysts, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Understand and support SDLC processes, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and escalate them appropriately.
- Ensure project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and task trackers are accurate and up to date.
- Support prioritization and task planning with technical and business teams.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders during US overlap hours.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, project management, delivery management, business analysis, or related IT roles.
- Prior experience working in an IT, software development, or technology delivery environment.
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different teams and time zones.
- Strong meeting facilitation, follow-up, and task-tracking skills.
- Ability to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables in a structured manner.
- Comfortable working in a US overlap shift.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep teams aligned on priorities and next steps.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar project tracking tools.
- Experience coordinating with US-based clients or stakeholders.
- Background as a developer, QA analyst, business analyst, or technical coordinator before moving into project management.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus but not mandatory.
