Web Production Manager

What You Will Do

Web Production & CMS Execution

- Build, configure, and publish pages, landing pages, and campaign assets independently in Optimizely CMS 12
- Execute content builds using established component libraries, block configurations, and page templates without requiring developer involvement for standard production work
- Perform QA across staging and production environments, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to brand and content standards
- Maintain metadata schema integrity across published content — including content type, funnel stage, intent, industry, and product — in alignment with GA4 and downstream analytics requirements
- Support A/B testing and personalization configuration in Optimizely in coordination with the CRO and experimentation program

Intake & Project Management

- Own the web production queue in Asana — triaging incoming requests, assigning priority, establishing timelines, and communicating status to stakeholders
- Define and enforce intake standards, including request completeness requirements, lead times, and escalation paths for rush or out-of-scope work
- Partner with the Director, Web Strategy on capacity planning and production scheduling aligned to campaign calendars and site roadmap priorities
- Maintain visibility into production throughput, flagging bottlenecks and capacity constraints proactively

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact for demand gen, product marketing, campaign, and field marketing teams submitting web production requests
- Translate stakeholder briefs into scoped, actionable production tickets with clear acceptance criteria
- Communicate timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with the Web Technology Director and team on builds requiring new component development, integration touchpoints, or platform-level changes

CMS Standards & Governance

- Maintain production documentation including build standards, naming conventions, component usage guidelines, and publishing workflows
- Provide CMS guidance and production coaching to web producers and other contributors working in Optimizely
- Contribute to the ongoing governance of  content quality, structure, and taxonomy

What You Bring

Required

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (CMS 11 or 12) in a B2B SaaS marketing environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and publish pages, configure content blocks, and manage publishing workflows independently in Optimizely
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to troubleshoot rendering issues and collaborate effectively with developers
- Experience managing a web production queue or similar intake process with multiple concurrent stakeholders
- Strong project management skills — able to prioritize competing requests, communicate status proactively, and consistently meet deadlines
- Familiarity with metadata, content taxonomy, and structured content practices as they relate to web analytics and personalization

Preferred

- Experience with Optimizely personalization and experimentation features
- Familiarity with marketing automation integrations (Eloqua, Marketo, or Hub Spot) as they relate to web forms and landing pages
- Working knowledge of GA4, data layer concepts, or analytics QA practices

- Experience with Asana or similar project and intake management platforms
- Background working within an enterprise B2B SaaS marketing organization
