Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior VMware & Virtualization Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise virtualization, Pure Storage, and VMware infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise VMware and virtualization environments

• Configure, administer, and optimize VMware infrastructure across production environments

• Work extensively on VMware and Pure Storage integration

• Handle virtualization technologies including VMotion, PXE Boot, HA/DRS, and Auto Deploy

• Manage and support vCenter 7/8 administration and lifecycle management

• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization for virtualization and storage platforms

• Support SAN storage environments and enterprise datacenter infrastructure

• Work on infrastructure deployment, migration, upgrades, and operational support activities

• Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and operations teams to ensure platform stability and availability

Required Skills:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in VMware administration and virtualization technologies

• Strong expertise in Pure Storage environments and VMware-Pure integration

• Hands-on experience with:
VMware configuration and administration
PXE Boot
VMotion
HA/DRS
Auto Deploy
vCenter 7/8

• Strong knowledge of:
SAN Storage
Enterprise virtualization platforms
Datacenter infrastructure operations

• Experience working in enterprise production support environments

• Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred

Skills:

• Cisco UCS exposure

• Experience in large-scale enterprise/datacenter environments

• Infrastructure automation and operational optimization exposure
