Hyperion Infrastructure Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled  Oracle Hyperion Infrastructure Consultant  with 3–5 years of experience in managing, administering, and supporting Oracle Hyperion environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, performance tuning and day-to-day administration of Hyperion infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and administer  Oracle Hyperion Infrastructure  environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.

· Manage and support components such as  Shared Services, Workspace, Web Logic, Foundation Services, Essbase, Planning, HFM, FDMEE  and related modules.

· Perform environment health checks, performance monitoring, capacity planning and optimization.

· Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to services, connectivity, performance, security and integrations.

· Manage user provisioning, security roles, LDAP / Active Directory integrations and access controls.

· Support patching, upgrades, migrations and DR / backup recovery processes.

· Maintain application servers, web servers and middleware components supporting Hyperion.

· Coordinate with application support teams, DBAs, network and server teams for issue resolution.

· Monitor batch jobs, automation scripts and scheduled services.

· Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in  Oracle Hyperion Infrastructure Administration .

· Strong experience with  Oracle EPM / Hyperion architecture  and environment management.

· Good knowledge in  Web Logic Server, Shared Services, Workspace, Foundation Services .

· Good knowledge of  Windows / Linux Server Administration .

· Experience with  Oracle / SQL Server databases  used by Hyperion applications.

· Strong troubleshooting skills in service startup/shutdown, logs, connectivity and performance issues.

· Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery and environment cloning activities.

· Familiarity with scripting using  Power Shell / Shell Script / Batch scripting  is beneficial.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills

· Experience in  Essbase, Planning, HFM, FDMEE  administration.

· Knowledge of monitoring tools and automation frameworks.

· ITIL / Incident / Change Management process knowledge.
