About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Specialist (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on customer relationship management, sales workflows, customer engagement, and business operations intelligence.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to customer data management, lead tracking, sales pipelines, customer communication workflows, reporting systems, and CRM automation, helping improve how AI models understand and optimize real-world customer relationship and business management processes.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for customer intelligence, workflow automation, sales operations, and AI-powered CRM solutions.

Responsibilities
Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
Annotate and evaluate AI-generated CRM and customer operations outputs
Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
Assess AI outputs for workflow efficiency, customer engagement logic, reporting accuracy, and operational relevance
Identify process inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, communication gaps, or automation issues in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
Support workflows involving lead management, sales pipelines, customer support systems, and CRM reporting
Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on customer relationship intelligence and workflow automation

Requirements
Background in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, or related fields
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, customer lifecycle management, sales processes, and reporting systems

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools is preferred
Familiarity with Excel, dashboards, customer analytics, or automation tools is a plus
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
