Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Field Engineer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and consulting capability to help clients unlock and maximize business value from Adobe solutions.

As a Field Engineer, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into scalable, high-impact technical solutions across web and mobile ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a recognized expert in Adobe Experience Platform and integrated Adobe solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across:
Adobe Analytics
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Adobe Target
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) RTCDP
Assess client environments to identify gaps between current implementations and business goals; recommend optimized solutions and best practices.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable architecture, design, and implementation strategies.
Design and guide integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and Adobe/non-Adobe ecosystems.
Lead technical solution discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating value and outcomes.
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues using tools such as:
Adobe Experience Platform Debugger
Assurance logging
Develop solution designs aligned with:
Campaign flexibility
Reporting requirements
Integration dependencies
Platform constraints
Align technical solutions with client KPIs, ensuring measurable business impact.
Build strong relationships with clients and partners through credibility, communication, and professionalism.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Experience
5+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with at least three of the following:
Adobe Analytics
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Adobe Target
AEP RTCDP
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Proficiency in API integrations, tag management, data modeling, and solution architecture.

Experience with Adobe Data Collection and tag management (web and mobile).

Experience with Adobe AEP Mobile Edge SDK.
Familiarity with debugging and logging tools (e.g., Assurance).
Working knowledge of:
JavaScript (required)
Python and SQL (preferred)

Experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) frameworks such as Angular or React.
Integration & Architecture

Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, webhooks).
Ability to design interoperable systems across Adobe and non-Adobe platforms.
