The Role
We are hiring an AVP – Sales (AI-Native Seller) to drive enterprise agentic AI and autonomous platform deals across India, Middle East, and select global markets.
This is not a classic IT services sales role. We need a seller who can walk into a CXO conversation, talk fluently about business outcomes powered by autonomous AI systems , and translate complex platform capabilities — Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, AI Product Engineering, and Data Platforms — into commercial deals that close.
You will work directly with our founders, pre-sales architects, and the Kagen.ai product team to land and expand strategic enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hunt and Close AI-Native Enterprise Deals
Build a net-new pipeline for AI-native platforms, Agentic AI systems, autonomous software delivery, and digital engineering services
Drive outbound motion across India, Middle East, and global accounts (US/UK/APAC support available)
Own the full sales lifecycle — prospecting, qualification, solutioning, commercials, closure
2. Sell Consultatively to CXOs
Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Innovation, and business CXOs in outcome-led conversations.

Autonomous AI Product Engineering powered by Kagen.ai ADD™
AI-native Data & Analytics platforms
Cloud and Platform Modernization
CX and Commerce transformation — AI-orchestrated
Build business cases anchored in ROI, time-to-value, and operational efficiency — not technology jargon
3. Lead Deal Execution
Manage RFPs, RFIs, solution workshops, and commercial negotiations end-to-end
Partner closely with pre-sales, delivery, alliances, and product teams to shape winning proposals
Drive account expansion within existing logos through whitespace mapping
4. Shape GTM and Market Presence
Co-create industry-specific narratives with marketing (BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Media, Manufacturing, Healthcare)
Represent Successive Digital at industry events, CXO round tables, and AI forums
Contribute to pipeline forecasting, account planning, and sales governance rhythms
What We're Looking For
10+ years in enterprise IT services / digital transformation sales
Proven track record of hunting and closing deals of $500K+ TCV (multi-million dollar deals a plus)
Strong consultative selling instincts — you sell outcomes, not staff augmentation
Working understanding of agentic AI systems, multi-agent architectures, AI product engineering, cloud platforms, and enterprise data — you don't need to be a technologist, but you must speak the language of autonomous, AI-native enterprises credibly
Experience selling to CXOs and senior business stakeholders
Excellent communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Good to Have
Prior experience selling agentic AI, AI-native platforms, or autonomous enterprise solutions
Existing CXO network in BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Tech
Exposure to hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP) or AI platform partnerships
Familiarity with autonomous software delivery, AI agents, or enterprise automation concepts
MBA or Engineering background
