Role Overview
Our client is looking for a skilled  Senior Service Now Developer  to join their growing team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Service Now-based solutions, with a strong focus on  Customer Service Management (CSM)  and/or  App Engine (Custom Applications) .
The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on expertise across the Service Now platform, along with experience working in client-facing environments and Agile delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
1. Service Now Development
Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows on the Service Now platform
Configure and customize Service Now modules, particularly:
Customer Service Management (CSM)
App Engine / Custom Application Development
Develop and maintain:
Business Rules
UI Policies
Client Scripts
Script Includes
UI Actions
2. Solution Design & Implementation
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Build reusable and efficient Service Now components
Ensure adherence to platform development and configuration best practices
3. Integration & API Development
Develop and manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems
Work with:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Web Services
Middleware integrations
4. Testing & Deployment
Perform unit testing and support UAT and production deployments
Ensure code quality, platform performance, and security compliance
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with:
Business Analysts
Solution Architects
Client Stakeholders
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required

Skills & Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Service Now development
Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:
Customer Service Management (CSM)
App Engine / Custom Application Development
Strong proficiency in:
Java Script
Service Now scripting and platform customization
Experience working with:
REST/SOAP integrations
Workflow automation

Preferred Qualifications
Service Now certifications such as:
CSA
CAD
CSM / App Engine certifications
Experience working in consulting or IT services organizations
Exposure to ITSM / ITOM modules
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies
Key Competencies

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery
