Analyses business requirements and translating them into actionable Service Now tasks and projects
Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems processes and procedures in a cost effective manner Works closely with stakeholders including business users Service Now architects and developers to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and are implemented effectively Translate highlevel process definitions into detailed Service Now implementation designs epics features user stories
