Job Summary We are looking for a highly delivery-oriented professional with strong hands-on expertise in Data Engineering and exposure to AI conceptualization and implementation. The ideal candidate should have deep BFSI domain experience, particularly in lending, and should be capable of driving end-to-end ownership of delivery engagements. This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams across on-roll and off-roll models, ensure seamless 24x7 delivery operations, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end data engineering delivery programs.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and modern analytics architectures.
Conceptualize and drive AI/ML-based solutions aligned with business requirements.
Work closely with BFSI business stakeholders, especially within lending operations and analytics.
Ensure high-quality project execution, governance, and timely delivery.
Manage cross-functional teams including on-roll and off-roll resources.
Drive operational excellence and support 24x7 engagement requirements.
Take complete ownership of delivery, escalations, stakeholder management, and solution outcomes.
Mentor teams and establish strong engineering and delivery practices.
Required Skills & Experience 10-12 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics delivery.
Strong hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical business use cases.
BFSI domain expertise with strong exposure to lending processes and systems.
Proven leadership experience managing large delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder communication and client management capabilities.
Ability to work in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
