We are going to trust you with:
Driving Agile practices across cross-functional product and engineering teams
Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Ensuring smooth sprint execution and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
Identifying and removing blockers to maintain team productivity
Collaborating closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to align priorities
Tracking and improving Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team efficiency
Enabling continuous improvement and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
Coaching teams to strengthen Agile maturity and best practices
Our ideal candidate will be someone with:
4–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
Hold a Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
Experience working with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to proactively solve problems and manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and team enablement
Bonus Points, if you:
Have experience in a startup or product-based organization
Are familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Have worked on scaling Agile across multiple teams
Bring a data-driven approach to improving team performance
