Chelsea AiCademy is launching a massive Skill Tech and network expansion initiative. We are offering a high-caliber internship for an ambitious digital marketer to gain hands-on experience with  global operations spanning India, Europe (Germany/Spain), and Australia .
As an intern, you will not be fetching coffee—you will be the engine co-piloting marketing campaigns targeting vast audiences. You will gain practical master-level exposure to advanced automation platforms, enterprise AI modeling pipelines, and deep multi-market execution that standard internships simply cannot offer.
2. Core Responsibilities You will work alongside our System Developers, Data Scientists, and Digital Leads to run the top-of-funnel lead generation ecosystem, gaining exposure across three core pillars:
A. Paid Media, Social & Global Performance Marketing   Cross-Market Campaigns:  Learn to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring high-conversion lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search/Display, and Linked In for international recruitment (e.g., German Nurses and Spanish Teachers programs).
Ad Optimization & Budgeting:  Gain practical insights into real-time conversion optimization. Track key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across major advertising budgets.
Omnichannel Broadcasts:  Coordinate multi-channel assets including high-volume Whats App sequences, You Tube Live automated lead-generation engines, and social video reels.
B. Advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Strategy   Microsite Architecture:  Assist in building and optimizing program-specific subdomains and event microsites using cutting-edge SEO tactics for specific search terms (e.g.,  'Skilled Migration Points Calculator'  or  'B2B Franchise India' ).
Trend & Influencer Alignment:  Identify and coordinate relationships with digital creators, financial You Tubers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify campaign reach.
C. Enterprise AI & Marketing Automation (The Future of Mar Tech)   Advanced Automation Ecosystems:  Work directly within elite marketing suites ( Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM, Zoho Social, and Page Sense ) to design complex lead-scoring matrices, behavioral triggers, and automated nurture journeys.
AI Tool Integration:  Actively utilize state-of-the-art AI applications for predictive performance modeling, audience segmentation analysis, rapid ad copy variation, and automated asset generation.
Data-Driven Reporting:  Build weekly analytic summaries mapping lead quality, traffic behavior, and volume metrics to present straight to regional project leads.

Required Qualifications & Attributes We are looking for digital natives who are hungry to work on live, massive-scale projects:
Foundational Knowledge:  A strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, You Tube, Linked In) and core digital marketing principles.
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable:  Rapid learning agility. Prior familiarity with Zoho applications, Salesforce, Hubspot, or Google Analytics is highly advantageous but not mandatory—we will train you on advanced setups.
Analytical Mindset:  Comfortable working with data, looking at dashboards, and drawing logical conclusions about what makes an audience click.
