We are looking for a Senior ETL Test Engineer to join a global healthcare project focused on building a centralized repository for clinical trial data. The platform integrates data from multiple source systems and applies complex business transformation rules to support regulatory and analytical processes. The role involves validating data transformations, analyzing business mappings, and ensuring high data quality across ETL pipelines in a SAFe delivery environment.
Your tasks
Analyzing business requirements and validating complex source-to-target data mappings
Executing ETL and database testing activities across large-scale clinical data platforms
Creating and maintaining SQL queries using CTEs and window functions for data validation
Verifying data transformations and ensuring consistency across integrated source systems
Collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to support quality assurance activities within SAFe methodology
Supporting defect analysis, root cause investigation, and test documentation using Jira and XRay
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in ETL testing and data validation projects
Strong understanding of ETL processes and testing methodologies
Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including CTEs and window functions
Experience analyzing business requirements involving source-to-target data mappings
Commercial experience working with Snowflake is highly desirable
Familiarity with Jira and XRay plugin for test management
Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and status codes
Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to have
Experience working on CSV (Computerized System Validation) projects
Basic understanding of No
SQL databases and data structures
Familiarity with Mark Logic and XQuery technologies
