We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Workday Integration Architect to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Workday professional who is passionate about designing scalable integration solutions, leading technical delivery, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Workday integrations and architecture, with prior experience working at leading consulting or Workday partner organizations such as PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, Strada, or Amaris.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and architect enterprise-grade Workday integration solutions across HCM and Finance modules
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Workday integration projects
Work extensively with Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs
Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand integration requirements and provide scalable solutions
Lead and manage a team of 10–15 functional and technical resources
Mentor, train, and guide junior team members on Workday best practices and integration standards
Ensure high-quality delivery, governance, and technical excellence across projects
Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, estimations, and architecture reviews
Drive innovation and process improvements within the integration practice
Required Skills & Experience
10–12+ years of overall Workday experience
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Workday Studio
Workday Orchestrate
Workday HCM & Finance Integrations
EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs
Integration troubleshooting and performance optimization
Experience leading large Workday implementation or support engagements
Strong people management and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage delivery from a technical architecture perspective
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Prior experience with leading Workday consulting/partner firms is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates based in Chennai will be highly preferred
Workday Integration certifications are a plus
Experience working in consulting or fast-paced startup environments preferred
